World News the headlines the opposition candidate Félix Tshisekedi has won the
Democratic Republic of Congo’s tightly contested presidential election he’s
promised it will be the country’s first peaceful transfer of power but his mark
his rival Martin feyo Liu claims the vote was rigged US Secretary of State
Mike Pompeo has arrived in Cairo well he’ll make a speech laying out his
country’s commitment to the Middle East he’s touring the region reassuring
allies that the US isn’t in retreat after the withdrawal of troops from
